Will Kyle be there?
Was it created to give Kyle something to do?

Kyle is the Krumpin DJ, whatever that is. It is the first big gig in kc propah he's ever had (HOLLA!), and he be lookin for some street cred.

it's not the job of the mayor or the obligation of the taxpayer to provide activities for the thuggish-inclined.

Just stay on your side of Prospect and keep banging way, kids. This oven will eventually clean itself.

Sly just doesn't have the guts to ever turn the page from "thge taxpayers will give you something to do and it you get into trouble it's everyone's fault" to "be responsible, work hard, contribute to the community, and make your own fun".
Babysitting teenagers never helps them grow up or develop any sense of self-respect or skills. It just prolongs the nonsense that someone else is going to take care of them.
Same tired old crap.

Where are the activities for the Caucasian, Latino, Asian, and Hmong children?

@10:04pm WHATEVER!!!

And the good ole chief is making on duty. That's rite on duty officers work security at this bullshit. So now there will be less officers to answer calls and get to violent crime calls quickly since they will be busy working hotspots and security at the kids games. Great work chief. Fucking idiot.

Hey 10:04, those kids can play Hmongst themselves.

niggas, playas, drug dealers, ho's and bitches all in one place supported by de city so dey dont be hanging on de streets! what a wonderful town and smart thinking!!!!

Love this stuff. Cops make loads of money working these gigs because more than a dozen urban youths in a room mean off-duty cops get hired... and dozens of city employees on overtime. Go KC

I must correct you 8:48. These folks (officers) are working on-duty... Your tax dollars at work!

I predict no more than three weeks before the first brawl or shooting at one of these.

It has been all summer and there hasn't been one brawl or shooting related to ClubKC. Only one arrest last weekend, in which case was a 21 year old trying to get in.

The activities have been enjoyed by kids from all over KC, of all colors and backgrounds.

The success of Club KC may, just maybe, prove that this side of town is a good place to invest money again- the city would not have to provide activities for teens if there were movie theaters, bowling alleys, skating rinks, or pools over here. As it is, the kids have to drive to Johnson County for these activities.
