TKC BREAKING AND EXCLUSIVE NEWS!!! FREEDOM INC. ENDORSES JACKSON COUNTY SHERIFF SHARP OVER DWON LITTLEJOHN AMID CONTROVERSY!!!

Here's a bit of a wild card in the upcoming Jackson County Sheriff's election for those who might accuse Eastside political leadership of always playing the race card.

WORD IS THAT FREEDOM INC. ENDORSED JACKSON COUNTY SHERIFF SHARP OVER DWON LITTLEJOHN LAST NIGHT!!!

That's certainly a kick in the teeth given that Mr. Littlejohn has canvassed and volunteered for the group for years.

EVEN WORSE . . . WE HEAR THAT JACKSON COUNTY SHERIFF CANDIDATE DWON LITTLEJOHN WAS KICKED OUT OF THE FREEDOM INC. MEETING BY SOME OF HIS FORMER POLITICAL COLLEAGUES!!!

Worst of all, Freedom Inc. has historically supported African-American candidates and been a force to promote more diversity in local politics.

As of late this group has been caught in a storm of controversy and now faces some serious repercussions amid a Missouri Ethics Investigation.

Some accuse this group of having lost their way. Almost nobody expected this move from Freedom Inc.

Developing . . .

  1. The sheriff must not have paid Rodney Bland again.

NO PAYOFF TO RODNEY - NO ENDORSEMENT FOR YOU!

  2. The Sheriff got the endorsement you dolt.

  3. This and the following story are perfect examples of why no one really cares what goes on in the swirling mass of infighting, namecalling, and shakedowns that passes for east side politics.
In a county-wide election, or maybe at all, an endorsement from FGreedom Inc. is worthless and Littlejohn isn't going to win the election anyway.
The infightin is always so viscious becasue the people are so little and the stakes are so low. Just another reason to help people who actually live on the east side to learn to organize and fend for themselves, which they're perfectly capable of doing.
    Where's the Urban Summit crowd?

  4. Littlejohn knew this last year,so what else is new?

    ReplyDelete
  5. Personally I like Littlejohn even that much more for not winning the endorsement. Freedom is so unethical why anyone would want to have their endorsement in this day and age is beyond me! The fact remains that the August 7th election will have a very low turnout and endorsements don't vote people do. From what I can tell, Littlejohn is getting his message out and people like it. The bottom line is that the Sheriff has done very little in the last four years to justify keeping his job.

  6. 7:43, as if no one has a clue that this post was from littlejohn himself, or his trusty side kick Kevin LeBranch. Really guys your way to predictable. Freedom did the right thing, for once anyway.

    ReplyDelete
  7. This can only help Littlejohn! Freedom Inc is exstinct. Rest is pieces. Littlejohn will win because of the lack of endorsement from that group.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Littlejohn didn't pay his dues in time, that's why they threw him out. Great fiscal discipline. Great responsibility. Maybe he should take Freedom board member off his list of accomplishments! Baaahaaabahaaabahaaa!

    ReplyDelete
  9. @8:07 and the County pay's the Sheriff's bills on time? I didn't know the Sheriff had time to go to accounting to verify that each check was sent and each check cleared the bank! Must be something Jeff Jones does when he's not mushroom hunting in Buckner.

    ReplyDelete
  10. I want to see a debate between the Sheriff and Littlejohn. I want the Sheriff to tell me why he is better than Littlejohn for the job.

    ReplyDelete
  11. My NIGGER'S better'n your NIGGER..

    ReplyDelete
  12. 8:07 I think you are smart enough to realize that this was a calculated move on Freedom's part to punish Littlejohn for running against the Sheriff. He paid his dues, they just didn't cash the check, big difference! Littlejohn is a threat to Freedom and the Sheriff and they worked together to try and shut him down and it will backfire on the Sheriff and Rodney Bland. If I recall right, Mayor James didn't get support from Freedom as well.

    1. Yes, James 's fat ass he did.

  13. Here we go again. As a political club like Freedom or LaRaza declines in influence the in-fighting grows rather then people pulling together. Then the organization disappears.

    ReplyDelete
  14. @8:20 Jeff Jones are you and Sharp calling people "niggers" again?

    ReplyDelete
  15. Stop being a sore loser Dwon Dwon.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Experience counts. Sounds like the Freedom might have gotten something right here, even if by accident.

Some of you fuckers have forgotten that Blazing Saddles was just a movie.

    ReplyDelete
  17. You don't have to "call" a NIGGER, a NIGGER. They know they're NIGGERS but can't do a thing about it. Oh, I guess they could "fall on their sword", IF they were smart enough to be issued swords..

    ReplyDelete
  18. @9:22 what experience? The Sheriff played weekend cop at KCPD for years without pay and sold carpet during the day, that's not tons of experience. While the Sheriff is driving around town placing signs in yards while in uniform and driving his patrol car using taxpayer gas, his republican undersheriff is running day to day operations, and has always ran operations so where is the experience there? The Sheriff is nothing more than a puppet for groups like Freedom. I would rather have someone in office that works for us all.

    ReplyDelete
  19. The Mike Sharp is putting signs in yards where people did not ask for them. Earlier this week they showed up on Oak just north of 75th street on corners in the public right of way. They also showed up in the yards of empty houses. Most of them are down now because neighbors recycled them on Thursday.

  20. Freedom doesn't endorse the best candidates - that thought doesn't occur to them. Two years ago when they endorsed John Rizzo over Will Royster they proved what corrupt idiots they were.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Did they endorse any State Rep. candidates?

    ReplyDelete
  22. If Dwon Littlejohn cared about citizens, than why did he never show up on calls as a deputy. He is afraid of rural Jackson County after dark. Dwon's unethical history is protected by past employers including the carpet salesman sheriff. This is why Randy Poletis should be the next Sheriff. He has a long distinguished and spotless police record.

    ReplyDelete
  23. A deputy at the courthouse said Littlejohn was a big trouble maker at the Sheriff's Office. The deputy said Littlejohn kept the last sheriff mad and cost the deputies raises. She said a bunch of deputies would leave if Poletis or Littlejohn won because they would tear down the department.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Poletis...distinguished and spotless record. Let's ask his partner that he hit unconscious then hit her again. Yes HER. Littlejohn and Poletis are only running because nobody, NOBODY will hire them. Getting elected is the only way they can stay in law enforcement, I doubt they could even get jobs as rent a cops.

    ReplyDelete
  25. 8:18
Why would Sharp debate a guy that lies about having a masters degree, lies about where he lives (what is Littlejohn hiding), lies about why he left Gladstone P.D., lies about his qualifications as a deputy and has a history of promiscuous activity. Sharp will not debate Poletis because he would get embarrassed. Poletis will win he sheriff's race because of his distinguished record in Law Enforcement.

    ReplyDelete
  26. @3:04 Yea right! You obviously have no clue!

    ReplyDelete
  27. At a recent event, Sharp told the crowd "I like my job, its the best job I ever had". No platform No accomplishments No nothing! Littlejohn is the only candidate with real ideas that help real people. Check out his facebook page Littlejohnforsheriff. At least he's talking about his platform more than the other candidates! The only thing Sharp is good for is 4 more years of rising crime, thousands of racial profile stops, and unaccounted for sex offenders!

    ReplyDelete
  28. Poletis is the only one that believes he has a distinguished record in law enforcement. Everyone else is just shaking their heads and laughing at him.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Well 3:04, it looks as though you have just described the quintessential NIGGER politician, to a tee!

    ReplyDelete
  30. I looked at Littlejohns face book page, this guy is an idiot. What the hell is he talking about on FB 3:19. The only time I ever seen Littlejohn do anything in a sheriff's uniform was when he ran out to flag down the Ice cream man outside the downtown courthouse to buy his court clerk girlfriend treats. That is Littlejohns vast experience in Law Enforcement, stopping the Ice cream man. To many people working downtown at the courthouse are aware of Littlejohn's sexual harassment complaints, his clerk girlfriend, and his poor performance as a deputy. His poor wife deserves much better, she is a sweetheart. Dwon should be ashamed.

  31. Can someone order a side of backbone please

    ReplyDelete
  32. Littlejohn needs two

    ReplyDelete
  33. Littlejohn = no credibility.

    Littlejohn's Check bounced. lmao

    ReplyDelete
  34. @4:15 where exactly are these sexual complaints you speak of? Who exactly was involved and what was the outcome? Was there discipline issued? The last I remember Sharp was the one that was reported in the KCSTAR sending dirty emails on a KCPD computer to others of naked women, emails about "niggers" and other racist mail. If I recall he apologized for his inappropriate behavior. Lets also not talk about Sharp's alcohol problem. At his latest golf fundraiser, he was drunk and drove away in his patrol car highly intoxicated.

    ReplyDelete
  35. @4:58 have you looked at Sharp's credibility, do a search on Casenet for his name and see the failed business deal he was apart of with housing complex. Even if Littlejohn's check didn't clear, and I doubt you have your facts straight, a forty dollar check is not as bad as a million dollar deal that Sharp was sued over.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Littlejohn has no respect in the public safety community. Littlejohn is a pawn for Randy Poletis. Poletis will hire John Bullard as Undersheriff and Littlejohn will stay unemployed.

    ReplyDelete
  37. @7:47 drinking a little early tonight Jeff?

    ReplyDelete
  38. Littlejohn is the guy going around calling Sharp a racist. He came by my house last weekend.

    ReplyDelete
  39. @7:53 any proof Sharp's not a racist? What street do you live on?

    ReplyDelete
  40. Just because Littlejohn is not a police officer anymore doesn't make Littlejohn a bad person or make Sharp a racist. Dwon will be an elected official one day, but not the Sheriff of Jackson County.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Just because Littlejohn is not a police officer anymore doesn't make Littlejohn a bad person or make Sharp a racist. Dwon will be an elected official one day, but not the Sheriff of Jackson County.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Sharp's record on racial profiling stops, minority hiring and retention, and where he lives tells me Sharp doesn't like black folks, he just tolerates them!

    ReplyDelete
  43. Good man for the job, then. Somebody's got to keep the picaninnys in line.

    ReplyDelete
  44. @2:37 there you go again Jeff, calling black folks "niggers" what happened? Did one screw Sharp's wife and that's why they got divorced? I can see where Sharp might get penis envy being as short as he is....

    ReplyDelete
  45. Littlejohn worked for the fool named Sharp. Littlejohn is the type of guy who would be real hard to "buy" so the Freedom Boys went for the guy they can work instead of the guy who would run things on the up and up.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Sorry to be naive but don't any of you in jaco truly want to make a difference? Is being a good demo politician the only thing that matters? Sums up everything wrong with your fucked up system there.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Just the facts please Sharp sent very nasty porn and the Star pulled his endorsement three plus years ago, now Sharp says he is sorry when caught. Now we trash Poletis the only one who really has been a real police officer. I would love to see a debate between Sharp and Poletis.I guess if Sharp had worked as a full time police officer for over thirty years he may have had something to talk about except being in the Lee's Summit High School hall of fame WOW! Poletis's commendations look pretty strong wonder how many times Sharp has had a gun held on him while he was working undercover what a joke he even is serving as the Sheriff of Jackson County. I say Sharp put your Awards out there and Poletis should put his out there for all to see Let the people judge- Sorry Dwon your not in this one!
