KC Biz Journal files this promo article for all of The Kansas City Downtowners who are about to open wide for a nearly secret and VERY EXPENSIVE vote for a train to nowhere: "Manifesto, the speakeasy-style cocktail bar that Ryan Maybee runs in the basement of The Rieger Hotel Grill & Exchange, has a new drink on its menu called the KC Streetcar. The drink, on the bar’s whiskey menu, is a concoction of Old Overholt rye, lemon, Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao, smoked bitters and Boulevard Wheat beer. It’s priced at $11."
