But boy he will not raise any taxes. That's the kind of governor we need, who stands up for the wealthy even if it means raising the stupidity level in this state.

The worst thing to be in a republican state is a gov who even wispers about a tax increase. the right wing noise machine would all be singing alto about a tax and spend dem in the gov's office.
Does this suck? God yes, but he's up for election this fall, and he will do this for his political future.

Well, Hell ... $120 million cut in higher Ed over the last few years? ... that's far better than raising the State tobacco tax to the AVERAGE of those around us and receiving about $500 million more revenue per year.

Right?
