bully cops making up laws as they go along should leave people alone to have their private parties.

ReplyDeleteHe wasnt having a private party. He was circumventing the alcohol laws and charging a cover to drink/watch the fight. He happened to get away with it but he's certainly not innocent.
ReplyDeleteAlot of the shootings stem from these illegal urban parties. The folks are ususally armed to the teeth and when a disagreement erupts over something stupid, the bullets start flying. This is a regular occurrence. (A 15 year old killed in the crossfire at another illegal party place on Troost comes to mind). I'm guessing any enforcement at such locations will be less in the future.

ReplyDelete90,000 for being "detained" at his business? Man, sign me up, I'll sit on the side of a highway with a cop for an hour to get 90g. Better yet, they can come over to my house, "detain" me on my front porch for that hour, then give me my cash.
