ReplyDeleteThat's exactly the angle the arts folks are working. These days everything is monetized and if you can't get people to voluntarily contribute to the arts, you make them involuntarily contribute by convincing the politicos that it's really all about money. Sort of like conventions, sports stadiums,streetcars, and All Star Games.
And if the politicians just can't say no, you have a good chance of getting free money pouring through the door.
Right, Lockton Insurance Company?
