It will be Harrell because he dropped his challenge to Mean Jean.
ReplyDeleteI hope they can find a judge that has actually read the constitution.
ReplyDeleteI already told you that with a NIG name like "Jalilah", this one is a shoe in....
ReplyDeleteWhomever has released the most offenders without charges in their previous job will get the job hands down.
ReplyDeletePlease don't let it be a BLACK!
ReplyDeleteKevin is a good dude! Have worked with him in the past on past cases with the KCPD. He's fair and balanced!!!!
ReplyDeleteAh, the "non-partisan court plan." If there were any real reporters in Kansas City, someone would notice that three black candidates were picked by the secret committee to fill the vacancy in the "traditionally" black Division 18. Non-partisan?
ReplyDeleteIt was just a year ago that Kansas City paid out over $2 million for the same conduct. http://www.pitch.com/plog/archives/2011/01/26/clumsy-attempt-at-diversity-costs-kansas-city-21-million
You can't pick a judge on the basis of race, unless it's the "non-partisan court plan."
