Did Kansas City Catholic Hierarchy Sex Scandal Bust A Deal?!?!

Tonight's revelation . . .

"A judge has ordered the local Catholic diocese into arbitration to determine whether it violated a 2008 settlement with those who alleged they had been abused by priests . . .

In their demand, the plaintiffs asked the Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph for proof that it had met state child abuse reporting requirements and followed the sexual misconduct policies required by the settlement. Lawyers representing the diocese responded that the church had abided by the terms of the settlement"

Your joke about bargaining in bad faith is better than mine . . .

  1. How many priests and higher Catholic clerics are tonight wildly searching for word for word transcripts of today's Jerry Sandusky trial testimony for whack off purposes?

  5. I wonder if the Diocese of Kansas City St Joseph has buggered up that settlement?

Someone should be posting about SATAN whispering in people's ears and all the good works the church does soon. Well when they go on the clock at 8AM they will. Any way, it might be long hard night at the Rectumries.

Nothing to joke about here. Bargaining in bad faith was probably assumed from the beginning. What was it they said they'd do? Stop doing what they never admitted doing?

There is a long history of bad faith, lies and secret files kept hidden away documenting what is denied. "Good faith" from these so called men of gawd on this subject? Look who gets promoted after previous "bad faith" incidents. Can U.S. citizens be extradited from the Vatican?
