ReplyDeleteWhile crime might be "displaced" by the efforts of police let's place blame where its do. The people who commit the act are to blame, not some program aimed at curbing the violence that may or may not displace it.

ReplyDeleteI would say a 3 year old could pull the trigger of some weapons. Depends on the gun and the trigger setting. You just can't leave unlocked guns around kids, no matter how small.
