ReplyDeleteMarijuana, alcohol, etc., claims more victims. So, is the movement across the country to decriminalize "recreational" drugs a good thing? I say legalize most of it....BUT....you will always be held accountable for your actions, none of this "I was under the influence and thus not able to tell right from wrong."
