This is the location of the brutal murder of 21yr old Fredrick Charles Jones Jr. shot and killed by a suspect in September 2010. Witnesses say young Jones was tortured just trying to purchase a pack of cigarettes. He was wrestled to the ground by one attendant than tasered by another not once but twice. When he tried to run he was shot and killed by a gunshot wound to the back. In October 2010, Jackson County prosecutors announced voluntary manslaughter charges against Akbar Rana who has fled the country.

ReplyDeleteWhat do you expect? Jackson County refuses to charge suspects that are in custody after shooting at victims who want to prosecute. They don't charge people arrested in stolen cars. They don't charge robbery suspects in many cases.
ReplyDeleteJackson County's Release of Suspects Pending Further Investigation is placing the citizens of Kansas City in great danger. They of course cannot be sued due to the "sovereign immunity" rule that allows them to do so without consequences.
That is why I live in Platte County.

For murders, that would be blacks victimizing other blacks, and for all other crimes, including rape, armed robbery, aggravated assaults, property crimes, that would be blacks victimizing whites.
How do you propose to protect innocent black people from the murderous rampages of other blacks, and how do you propose to protect innocent white people from black criminal perpetrators?
Demonstrate sincerity and fortitude in responding to these issues, and you will win many supporters. Stay focused on the isolated example, and you prove that you are simply another ambulance-chasing grifter in the Racism Industry trying to make a buck from someone else's blood- and morally no different than those who committ those crimes in the first place.

ReplyDeleteThis latest march or rally or protest, or whatever it is is taking place becasue that's all he knows how to do and getting a little group together with a couple signs is way easier thaan actually working to learn something about issues and then sustaining an effort to actually try to do something about the problem.
And the mindless TV media will be there with some reporter chirping about how thse folks are trying to make a difference. Just like they did the last time, which was 20 homicides ago, and just like they will the next time.
There needs to be more investigative reporting of folks like Brooks, Grant, Adams, and others to expose how so many of these folks do very well financially themselves with things just the way they are.

ReplyDeleteAgain like in many high profile cases these prosecutors aim to high with charges they won't be able to prove and then they lose and the community is shocked by the outcome. They will never make Murder 2 stick in this case!! There are no witnesses that are going to help make that stick!! Remember the jury is going to have to only consider that charge. They can't convict him of a lesser charge in this case!! Manslaughter was the only chance they had, but the pressure that all of these fucking idiots have put on this case forced this special prosecutor to swing for the fence and this ball is only going to the warning track!! Sorry folks it's just a long out!! The aftermath should be fun to watch though!!
