and the KCFD complains about 105? What kinds of threats can Ford people make? I bet they don't and I bet their language is far superior to the FF.
We need to get KCPD under City control before the murder blows out the roof. The crime rate in KCMO has been on a steady increase for 5 years now.

Uh, the workers are LAID OFF, not fired, and, under their UAW contract, get a majority of their salary while they sit around waiting for the retooling to be completed.
And I suppose the state will have to pay unemployment benefits during this retooling?
Is that what jobless benefits are for? Tiding over employees while business saves a few bucks during 'retooling' periods, or 'seasonal layoffs'???
Is this laid-off-employee welfare, or corporate welfare? Or both?
At anyrate, the rest of us pay partial salaries for these 'planned layoffs', don't we?
