  1. I think that if you are here you should be deported. Why is that just because someone is hispanic they should get to stay. They have broken the law by being here. If they are working here there is a good chance that they have stolen someone's SSN number or they are working and getting paid under the table. In that case, hold the business owner as being just as responsible. Here it's Hispanics that are getting deported. Go to Chicago and you see a lot of orientals and Eastern Europeans getting deported.

I know that Tony and other "brown people" as he called them he thinks they should be able to break the law and have no consequences. Well Tony it's a tough world.

Apply for citizenship, get a VISA. Do it the right way and I will welcome you here.

That's what I would have to do in Mexico or in most other places.

  2. What if everybody got to decide which laws they didn't have to obey with no consequences Tony?

  3. 1:42pm your comments are based on zero facts.

To start, not all undocumented immigrants have come here illegally. In fact, many, came here legally and the deeply bureaucratic system failed them, made them lose their visa and have put them in a position to leave their family or stay in the shadows. Not an easy decision since anyone who knows the process knows that if denied a visa or deported your chances of receiving one in the future dramatically decreases.

Next, millions of undocumented workers do pay taxes. Not only does govt receive billions in sales taxes and other state and municipal taxes but also billions in Social Security and payroll through the ITIN system.

Also, immigrants cant just apply for citizenship as you assumed, they must first be given a visa. The Visa process is deeply complicated particularly for Mexicans.

Mexicans looking for a better life probably are earning between 100-600 usd per month. Per person ot costs $150 usd to call a hotline and make an appointment, another $150 per person when you arrive at the appointment, another $150 per person for a passport another $200 per person for the travel visa. And so far thats if you pass the interviews in which you are forced to lie. Because if you tell the St. Dept. that you have family or kids here you will be denied! Can only apply 3 times in 5 years. If denied you will never get a visa.

If approved for a travel visa getting a permanent resident visa you will pay another $3000 person and spend the next 5-12 months seperated from your spouse. You will also have to pay to travel to the worlds most violent city, ciudad juarez, for a medical exam.

If lucky and you have the money to get a visa and if lucky and approved, you will have to pay it all again in 2 years! Congrats!

Also you assume Mexico is as complicated, its not. Mexican constitution states in the first ammendment that any resident regardless of status shares the same rights as a citizen except the right to vote.

To get a work visa you have to have a letter from a business and $100. Which is why there are 3 million US citizens there a number which will increase to 12 million by 2020.

Know what youre talking about please. Thank you.

Thank you very much for your comment. I knew they were wrong, but I could not articulate the reasons as well as you have.

  5. I think everyone in Mexico deserves to be able to move to the U.S. and that Spanish (the language of the European conquerors of Mexico) should be made our official language.

Anglo people deserve nothing because our ancestors were mean and nasty.

We all should be sent back to England, where we came from, except that some of my family are German and some are Native American. No matter! We are evil.

  6. Response to 5:09 from 1:42 or 3:42 since 5:09 can't read, pay attention please.

The system made them lose their Visa? If you Visa expired and you over stay it then you are here illegally. If you brought your family here hoping that you would get to stay and didn't then that is your fault not mine and my country. You took a chance and it didn't work out. It was your choice to take the chance not mine or my countries.

If you are here illegally and you don't have a SSN which you could get if you apply for citizenship and don't like paying taxes then I guess you have a decision to make. I'm sorry we can't open the flood gate because some bleeding hearts feel bad. Your right though, Democrats and Republicans take the money but are afraid to deal with the issue that makes the problem.

If you have family here then yes you can apply for a Visa, your immediate family here can vouch for you. If you are from Mexico, China or India the US accepts only a certain amount of people from each country a year. It's as hard for the other countries as it is for Mexicans. If you come illegally from those countries then yes, it is hard to come in. But that is your choice again. It's called free will.

Ok so accoding to your figures they pay $650 in costs then will have to pay it again. So $1300? And then $3000, then another $3000 later. Your complaining about that. Good grief. Quit your little girl complaining. Your mad because the people hear illegally have to pay to be allowed to stay. Once again you obviously don't understand the "illegal" part. Please pay attention and think first.

Most if they haven't lied, gotten arrested for a major crime, stolen a SSN can take voluntary departure and be back in a year. By the way most lie their asses off in immigration court anyway.

Your full of shit on the resident status in Mexico. Again I know people that have told me how it works in Mexico plus I have seen news reports about people from central america who travel through and tell how they are afraid to get caught in Mexico by the authorities because they are afraid of how they will be treated.

Let's face it people will lie there asses off to get the opportunity to stay here because it is the greatest place to be. That doesn't mean it should be easy.

Rex, your an idiot. If you want to give the country back the Indians have a beter claim to it then Mexico does. Your not evil just a dump ass.

Once again, here illegally. Either keep heading North or go back South.

I'll tell all those that choose to do it legally that they shouldn't bother. Just break the law some dumbass will feel sorry for you.

If you do it legally though, I will welcome you here. Yes even if you are hispanic.

  7. Actually, I think Rex was being sarcastic, as I was trying to be earlier. We need farm workers ...

  8. Illegal aliens commit an incredibly disproportionate amount of crime per capita. Deport ALL illegals, regardless of where theyre from. We'd save millions in the long run.

  9. $350 pm clearly has no knowledge of the process and clearly does not care to educate himself on facts. First $4000 to $6000 per person may not seem like a lot to you, but when you are wanting to bring your family to a better life and all you make is less than $500 if lucky to pay rent pay bills and put food on the table and somehow save to Finder that setter life, it is a big deal. Good for you that you were born into a better life and in the country millions would die to live in but for millions thats not the case.

Also, your assumption that it is just as hard to get a visa in any country is false. The US has trade agreements With asian countries where foreign investors invest millions in exchange for family work visa. One example of this is the EB5 program. Also other countries have political Issues which expediate the process and costs.

Also your too bad so sad comments regarding those who have visas denied not only reflects your bias and lack of desire to educate yourself on the Issues it Also shows what is wrong With the anti immigrant nativist movement: education.

Who are you to deny american children and or spouse the constitutional right to life liberty and the american dream? How fair is it that they have to leave the american dream which has been constitutionally given to them just as it has you because someone on a bad day denied a visa? Or because the bureaucratic Mess that is our fed govt gets their papers mixed up?

thats not american. i realize that doesnt matter to you because the "Its not my family or friends" and the "my people don't have to worry about that" policy determines your politics and views on life but you cant deny facts sorry.
