TKC BREAKING AND EXCLUSIVE NEWS!!! CONCERN ABOUT JACKSON COUNTY SPECIAL TREATMENT FOR BISHOP FINN!!!

The Kansas City Catholic hot mess keeps getting more interesting . . . Check the latest message KICK-ASS TKC TIPSTERS are putting on blast . . .

"Bishop Finn was scheduled for a public court appearance tomorrow morning at 9:30 AM, but now according to sources in the Sheriff's Office . . . Finn will answer the charges against him in a private meeting in the judge's chambers. Prosecutors opposed the change of venue . . . But the judge seems to have granted the request for special treatment."

The long and short of it is that Bishop Finn will still keep his meeting.

HOWEVER . . .

CLEARLY, THERE'S CONCERN THAT ANY EFFORT TO KEEP BISHOP FINN OUT OF OPEN COURT CONSTITUTES SPECIAL TREATMENT!!!

Remember that supporters of Bishop Finn claim the use of the term "indictment" is unfair while Finn's detractors want to see efforts by local prosecutors go even further than simply dragging the Catholic Honcho into the courthouse.

UPDATED @ 2PM . . .

ANOTHER SOURCE COUNTERS THESE CLAIMS AND NOTES THE NATURE OF TOMORROW'S TRIAL . . .

"Bishop Finn is not and never was going to appear at this hearing. Defendants never do in these types of hearings which are about matters counsel have to decide before any actual trial."

Whatever the case and whoever is right about this backroom court drama . . . What we're sure of is that you're probably not going to see Bishop Finn in court tomorrow.

DEVELOPING . . .

Finn is a Godly man who deserves respect as opposed to pond scum like all of you.

  2. You know damn well it was Jeff Jones at the Sheriffs' Department leaking the rumor. That fat boy wants to be a "man" someday.

    ReplyDelete
  3. That's right, the Democrat prosecutor would like a perp walk for a man of God because Democrats hate God. Hell awaits them.

    ReplyDelete
  4. "man of God".

    Yeah, right!

If he really followed the example of Jesus, he would be treated just like the rest of us and he would keep his mouth shut, go to trial and if found guilty, take the penalty.

"man of God". RIGHT! More like hiding behind his collar and using his status to be treated with kid gloves.

The Catholic Church's actions are more disgusting every day.
How can people support this organization?

The Holy Catholic Church provides the only way forward to rightious and successful life. The Devil uses minions on this Earth to torment God's hands on Earth like Bishop Finn. The Democrat prosecutor in Jackson County is one of those minions.

All Catholics in Jackson County should vote against Sheriff Mike Sharp the next time he runs for this evil action.

  6. 8:57 forgot her meds this morning.

  7. Of course the Bishop should be treated with respect and reverance.

The fact that this is even a story documents the continuing war on Christianity led by Obama and the Democrat party.

  8. holy mother fucking shit you freaking jackasses. we're talking about a man who knew of child molestation taking place, who knew who was doing the molesting, a man who took NO action.

that is not a man of ANY imaginary supernatural entity, much less a man worthy of anything but being taken behind the barn, forced to dig his own pit and then have two put behind his right ear.

  9. God made him touch wieners.

  10. God does not visit Jackson county, I heard he gave up on the place a long time ago.

  11. Condider Paterno here. That man lost it all and even after death, gets crapped on (I agree). My question is this: Why should the Catholic church get special treatment for the same thing? Its even worse in my mind that members of these local parishes tithed money goes to defending these pedophiles. Did you know less tithed money from the RCC goes to charity then it does towards defending these priests?

    ReplyDelete
  12. Finn is a professional pedophile protector, but he has free tickets to heaven, and the judge is getting one, which is the best payoff ever.

Finn should stand in an open courtroom just like any other accused person.

If Finn was not a coward who knows he did wrong, he would insist on standing in the light of day and entering his not guilty plea.

    But Finn is a Coward.

  14. What is the slimey judge's name?

    ReplyDelete
  15. And who is Jeff Jones?

    ReplyDelete
  16. Finn should step down, this happened on his watch. The bloke should be held accountable. Finn's special treatment in the criminal justice system is deplorable, but this nation is on the skids, just more evidence of the decline. The Finn defenders on this blog are a SAD commentary on the state of the catholic church.

  17. Just did a google on sexual scandals in the catholic church, came up with over 2 million hits. KC, StL, Milw, Chi, Clev, Bos, LA, Sea, hell, the entire American League! This is a world wide criminal pedofile organization, even Ratzingers brother is involved.
I'd say the Catholic church needs to be banned. RICO laws were written for gangs like this.

    ReplyDelete
  18. What judge would do this?

    ReplyDelete
  19. This should have been a RICO prosecution a long time ago.

    ReplyDelete
  20. This fucking queer, needs to get the same treatment as everyone else. He's nothing but skin and bone, just as the rest of us are. Fuck him (and everybody that looks like him). Special treatment? We'll see what kind of treatment he gets in nigger college...

  21. Bring me 8 year old virgins so I may feed them the Seed of God!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  22. Sad many people read the headlines then judge without knowing the facts. After the costly lawsuits are played out and Bishop Finn is acquitted, neither TKC nor The Star will attempt to mend the irreversible damage they have caused to this man and the Church.

    ReplyDelete
  23. 9:53 is RIGHT!

"What is the slimy judge's name?"

Since WHEN is due process DIFFERENT for some not others?

Finn should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Then he should ROT IN HELL.

    ReplyDelete
  24. The fucking crook had a court date so if he does not show up send the sheriffs out to his workplace and bring him in. Fuck this shit. They did it to a guy I work with over a couple of missed credit card payments or some kind of debt. We fought a revolution to make sure that we did not have a religious hierachy or civilian aristocracy above the law. If he does not show up haul his ass in and slap the cuffs on him. Let him look just like Rew. Jim Bakker all weepy and pissing himself.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Someone help us out. What Judge is this assigned to?

    ReplyDelete
  26. Judges need to be held accountable for these types of decisions.

Why aren't the self appointed leaders of KC standing up for children's rights?

The usual suspects know who they are. Do something good for once.

  27. Update . . . Before you guys get too bent out of shape. Take a look at the update.

Another source says Finn was never supposed to show up at this trial.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Send him to prison there the inmates will give him "special treatment".

    ReplyDelete
  29. He still changed the location TKC. That's the big deal.

They don't want the bishop doing the perp walk.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Tony, face it. You don't have the facts. You have rumor and you're getting people all bent out of shape. If you're just wanting to stir up crap without offering anything of substance to offer to Kansas City, you're doing a great job. Congratulations.

    ReplyDelete
  31. The facts are that Bishop Finn is ducking and still covering up. He seems more concerned about his job than about showing up in court and taking responsibility.

    ReplyDelete
  32. 341 since when has anything connected with the Catholic Church or organized religion have anything to do with facts?

    ReplyDelete
  33. 345 you don't know that Bishop Finn is ducking and covering up. You have nothing to back that up except your raging emotions.
    402 seriously? good grief.

  34. Bishop Duck And Cover1/25/12, 5:44 PM

The guy hasn't been honest and he should have turned in Ratigan the second he found out. he didn't and that's why we're here.

    Need any more proof?
