The KC Biz Journal: Kansas City’s Finance, Governance and Ethics Committee endorsed the city’s $2 million annual payment for the Truman Sports Complex on Wednesday.
Mayor Funky once made a big issue of this but was ultimately more concerned with his wife's big, bare feet . . . It's still kind of a waste considering the NFL lockout is getting more serious as time goes by . . . And most people know the pro-teams that play in KC are really just minor league endeavors in disguise.
