TWO CANDIDATES FOR MAYOR MAKE FIRST JOINT APPEARANCE TO SUPPORT THE E TAX !
Mayoral candidates Mike Burke and Sly James, winners of this week's primary, will hold their first joint appearance today at 2 pm.
James and Burke will jointly plant a "Save Kansas City" yard sign at a residence at 21 E. 55th Terrace. Both candidates will comment on why they support the renewal of the Earnings Tax on the April 5th ballot. Each will take questions.

It's not exactly groundbreaking or news . . . But shows us the boring nature of the upcoming campaign AND should clue us in that the choice between the two is more about personal preference and not any real divergence of opinion.
Will someone ask both of them what their views are on unsolicited bulk e-mail?

ReplyDeleteKansas City doesn't seem to be able to get a handle on crime, so why not legalize it and then E-Tax it out of business?
