If the roofer wasn't wearing a safety harness then, sad as the death was, the cause was stupidity. If the roofer was denied the use of a safety harness and went to work because he wanted to earn a days pay, someone should go to jail for contributing to his death.
ReplyDeleteIf he went on the roof with a saftey harness and it malfunction, then all things being equal, this was a tragic accident. But I don't think he used a safety harness.
