ReplyDeletePrivate security are paid to do a particular job. Police have no obligation to the citizens.

ReplyDeleteWhat Kansas City needs is a modern proactive police department. Unfortunately kcpd is stuck in the past. It is an organization that resists change and prefers the status quo.
