CATHY JOLLY, the councilwoman with a cute face and a DISNEY CHARACTER VOICE, is a little more savvy than she appears… or at least her key advisor, Steve Glorioso is. Apparently, Ms. Jolly has some weight to throw around when it comes to making Mike Sanders squirm… in fact, you might even say, she can make him obey!
Note the two pages below, which layout a lawsuit challenging the lawfulness and constitutionality of the TIF ordinance in KCMO. Apparently MIKE SANDERS, CALVIN WILLIFORD and SCOTT JACOBY (a TIF commissioner himself) are filing this petition, which basically says… TIFs in KC aren’t completed according to state statute, you guys are a bunch of screw ups and now you’re gonna pay… big time!

Jolly has been up sanders ass for some time now. She doesn't move without him and sleazy Glorioso. Not sure she has any thoughts on her own. And I'm sure when it goes down, she will be "out of town" or absent if there's ever a vote since she takes "pussy" power to a whole new level by never wanting to make any hard decisions - unless it's somewhere where she can get some TV time. I guess once a pussy, always a pussy.
