Jeff Roe's Source Blog Claims Kansas City Mayor Pro Tem Bill Skaggs Has A "Sweetheart" Missouri Fee Office Deal!!!
A bit of triangular politics (or something). Still . . . TKC Note: The only people Mayor Funky's crew treat worse than their enemies are their friends. Here's the money quote on the alleged Skaggs family sweetheart deal:

In Williams' original bids for the Gladstone and North Kansas City fee offices, Sandra Skaggs and Jane Snowden were set to cover 50% of the costs and receive 50% of the profits.
By all appearances it's a sweetheart deal. License offices aren't exactly risky financial ventures, which makes it difficult to explain why they would get a 50% share of the profits with so little responsibility."

Sandy Skaggs got out of this before the bids were ever decided. Get your story complete TKC. You will have to dig to China to find dirt on Skaggs.
Why is Jeff Roe picking on Skaggs? Seems like even Tony is skeptical.
This should have stayed at the top of the posts for a while, but Tony is too stupid to figure that out.
Nixon has done a horrible job awarding these offices. He awarded several of them to contributors instead of to domestic violence shelters, but did you know who the other person was to bid on that particular fee office besides Skaggs? JEFF ROE! No wonder he is mad, but of course the governor isn't going to give it to Roe.
