Huge Handout For Kansas City Homeless
The Star: The Kansas City area will receive more than $9.1 million in federal grants for continuing programs to help the homeless . . . This is good news given that it makes me feel not so guilty for honking, ignoring and yelling back at these local dumpster denizens. Also, this money will probably encourage even more homeless to hang around the area given that Downtown is already a haven . . . So, maybe the P&L District will have some new clientele after all or at least car window replacement will become a grown industry within the loop.
