REBUKE!!! Kansas City Mayor Funkhouser Refuses To Apologize To Black Clergy!!!

During his live interview on NBC Action News Midday on Friday, Mayor Funky said Cauthen was treated with dignity and that he didn't feel an apology was necessary.

Comments

  1. The Mayor is absolutely, positively accurate when he says "an apology is not necessary" or even due. The majority of people need to quit saying they're sorry for every perceived injustice that blacks seem to dream up. Enough is enough!

  2. Cauthen should be apologizing to Kansas City first for the contracts that he made with Cordish and second for hiring Chuck Eddy. The black clergy and Alvin Brooks can't figure it out that a black man sold them out.

  3. what bullshit.

the mayor must apologize if he intendes to get their votes.

if he does not apologize then he should not ask for votes on the east of troost.

  4. I'd like to welcome the newest residents of Kansas City...the Mayor's Stones.
    You're a little late, but we're glad you're here.
    Thank you.
Oh, Mr. Tindall and Mr. McMillan and the rest of your brood - sit down and shut the f*ck up.

    There - isn't that better?

  5. Ask for votes? Half of 'de black clergy(s)' clientele can't vote nohow, cuz de mofos be felons, fool!

The black clergy need to clean up their own back yard before they start pontificating about justice- which to most of them translates-

    "Just US"

  7. this is why i'm conflicted about blacks in general. i'm sick of feeling like whites have to apologize to them over and over for generations for an injustice that no one currently alive was responsible for.

  8. I just feel so bad for white people. They are sad

  9. moral of the story is never hire a black person, i guess. avoid the whole issue to begin with.

Let us not forget that Mayor Nanook of the Northland has reminded us that he needs to keep his bigoted voting block in the Northland satisfied. For sure any Mayor who refers to the East Side as the Black part of town isn't going to get very many African American votes... even with the help of Big Jeff Roe, the "Puppetmaster."

I wonder why the Black Clergy wasn't camping out at the home of Deb Hermann and the other Council People looking for the same apology as they sought from the Feckless Funk? It seems that in the latest death strike against Cauthen, he was merely a friendly, interested observer. The deal to expunge the putrid Cauthen was cut without his help. And it turned out that other than cheerleading the Feckless One's minimal if not negative political might was not needed. My guess is that the Council people worked around him to insure thhat he didn't mess up a simple deal... like he did the last time he personally went after Cauthen.

On the plus side as well... Cauthen went down in an efficient manner totally devoid of the duplicity, racism, humiliation, disgraceful lack of civility that characterized the Funk's pathetic effort. And we didn't have to have a meeting of the black community which was so large that the room had to be changed to accommodate the enormous number of citizens who came out because they were enraged by the way the Feckless Funk treated Cauthen.

  13. oh, come on, even if you don't like the Funk (and what educated, aware person could or would?), you have to recognize that apologizing to these people would be a big mistake--and completely unwarranted. For once, the Funk is right.

I agree that Mayor Nanook of the Northland was more than right to not apologize to these low life government money dependant hangers on. The best thing the Feckless One did was make them come a calling on him and the Squid at his gruesome, squallid, under-water over-leveraged house. What a come down this must have been for the clergy callers :)

1127... Nice try. I wouldn't know Steve Glorioso by sight even if I ran into him with a car.

  17. inafunkaboutthefunk -- you protested too loudly and too quickly! Why would you protest at all if you weren't Steve Glorioso?

  20. 2:01 I think the problem with inafunk is that no one has licked his personal bung hole for a long time. I hear Kay is moving and isn't giving her garage remote to anyone.

  21. Inafunk...if you someone did point out Steve Glorioso to you, would you hit him with your car?
