With so much hype about change in the Kansas City Missouri School District, camera crews show up and catch a glimpse of the violence that's prevalent at local schools and complaints from parents that the situation is out of control.

A number groups want to buy some of the old vacant KCMO school buildings, to start charter schools.
But the board won't sell.
Future Power and Light patrons...
and the parents just turn there backs or encourage the behavior. In some cases they actually tell the kids to fight.....
1/3 of the parents have pulled their kids out of district run schools and put them into the charter schools
