KANSAS CITY UNSATISFIED!!!

Let's remember that Citizen Satisfaction Numbers are the measure of Mayor Funky's success by his own account.
Kansas City’s latest citizen satisfaction survey shows more areas of decline than areas of improvement, according to a report issued today.First of all, for the record . . .
The quarterly survey showed declines in citizen perceptions of elected leaders, customer service, bulky item pickup, the 3-1-1 Action Center hotline, swimming pools and youth athletic programs.
BULKY ITEM PICKUP DOES NOT EXIST AND IS ONLY AN URBAN LEGEND FROM WHAT I CAN TELL!!! UNTIL BULKY ITEM PICKUP IS SWITCHED BACK TO A REGULARLY SCHEDULED DEAL . . . EXPECT MORE RESIDENT UNREST!!!
Seriously, I don't expect much (anything) from politicos and all they're really good for is picking up trash . . . Until they can do that (upon MY suggestion) then there's really no point in trusting them with anything else.

the city council and city manager think it is more important to build that 1,000 room hotel instead of getting the trash picked up. they all must go.
true dat.
I like the question about how ethically the city conducts busines. 48% think the city conducts business unethically. 34% are neutral. Fewer than 1 in 5 people think the city is ethical in conducting business.
57% are unsatisfied with the "leadership" (a term used loosely here lest is lose meaning when applied to KCMO).
So citizens think the "leadership" is weak, and unethical. Until this is cleaned up, KCMO will be at a big disadvantage.
please, my neighbors got stuff picked up, as scheduled. it was a week after they called, but it was exactly when the city said.
So your neighbors had an extra 40 minutes to wait on hold when they dialed 311?
The services in this city suck!!
Take it easy. The one chick they have answering the 311 line can only take one call at a time.
I tried to schedule a bulky item pickup after having moved and the city doesn't recognize my address. But I live in KC.
