Crime Scene KC: Intoxicated driver gets 4 years in KCK teen's death . . . They always said that drinking and driving and killing somebody was akin to murder . . . I guess "they" didn't really mean it.
The driver had two previous DUI convictions, refused a blood-alcohol test after he slammed into the back of the victim's car. Authorities said the driver also had a loaded weapon and ran from the crash scene.
