CITY MANAGER FIRING REQUIRED POLICE PROTECTION: WHY DIDN'T ANYBODY REPORT THE COP CARS AT MAYOR FUNKY'S HOUSE YESTERDAY?!?!
I has already written a story on this at KC Confidential yesterday but it hasn't been posted yet and I offered it up way too late. The staff over there all have to wait in line until local sports dude Greg Hall gets done making up his comments.
In any event, a great many Brookside denizens are chatting about this:
MAYOR FUNKY NEEDED POLICE PROTECTION AT HIS HOUSE YESTERDAY AMID THE CAUTHEN SUSPENSION!!!
Neighbors are noting that the "regular folks" rhetoric is really wearing thin when Mayor Funky presses the panic button with nearly every decision he makes.
It was a rather lame move that not only shows how out of touch the Mayor remains with Kansas City AND it's funny to see that the bunker mentality of the Co-Mayors remains intact.
Squid likes a man in uniform..
ReplyDeleteWell, duh. If you had all the spades in KC pissed off, wouldn't you ask for a little protection too? You're an idiot if you say no.
ReplyDeleteGloria is up to her old tricks -- the colored folks are gonna attack!
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately the colored folks couldn't organize their way out of a wet paper bag.
ReplyDeleteWhat I would give for a black mob out in front of the mayor's house with flaming torches and pitchforks!

He needs protection from the white folk too, including his own neighbors. This is not a race thing.
ReplyDeleteIm guessing the police were there to keep away the media. Can't imagine the locals would storm his lair with torches and pitchforks, although it would be sweet if they did.

ReplyDeleteYou're all wrong. The cops were there on a domestic dispute call. Seems Cauthen was fired after he was caught massaging the Squid's feet. Then when he got home the incident triggered a domestic spat and the police were called to protect Funky from getting hit any more by the Squid.
ReplyDeleteIt was to protect Gloria from Wayne's dragon breath. Damn lack of dental coverage!
ReplyDeleteThere are calls for service at 15 w 57th ter. Those beatings Mark takes and Gloria admits to giving are not quiet.
ReplyDeleteBill Skaggs engineered this head rolling. He handed it off to Mark That is why Mark looked stunned.
Bill Skaggs has used Mark, like usual.
Skaggs is the biggest racist of them all.
ReplyDeleteamen
ReplyDeleteLadies and Gentlemen Here's the Skaggs!!!!
ReplyDeleteOn lead Bill Skaggs, fresh from active duty in Shenandoah Valley, still fighting the good Confederate fight!
on steady drum beat Deb Hermann soon to be MAYOR!
Playing back up, the funkster
female harmony handled by the funkettes Jan, Beth Cindy and Russ
and a special thanks to tour manager Louie Wright and his roadies, the 42ers.
I can't say I blame Funk for being afraid of Wayne. The As-h--e knows no boundaries and it would be just like him and/or Charlie Harris to "arrange" some kind of vindictive payback, like burning down the house or shooting the Funk!
ReplyDeleteI'll bet the city hall employees who filed the EEOC complaints against Wayne asked for protection from him, too!!
Funky is the bully. why do you think he walks around looking like a hateful ugly bitch
ReplyDeleteFuck the Niggers! Go Funk GO!
ReplyDeleteIf Funk wants security, he needs to put that in his budget and stop robbing cops from us "regular folk".
ReplyDeleteDid the 6 council people voting for the firing get cops posted at their residences? (in some cases, gated condos)
Kansas City has a huge image problem-starting with the ugliest Mayor who ever held office. Where does he buy his suits? The Goodwill Store?
ReplyDeleteWay to go Funky. If you keep up this type of vindictive stuff I will work for you and help you get reelected.
ReplyDeletehow long before KC gets rid of Funk..
ReplyDeleteFive years and some change
