Without question Kansas City eco-efforts offer nothing more than a way for local politicos to dodge questions when it comes to the stunning lack of progress on this cowtown's infrastructure which they all promised to improve during their campaigns.

THE CITY COUNCIL LED BY CINDY CIRCO ARE SO FAR THE ONLY REAL FUNDING SOURCE FOR THE GREEN IMPACT ZONE!!!

It gets worse . . .

COUNCIL LADY CINDY CIRCO GAVE UP $1.5 MILLION FOR NOT MUCH IN RETURN AND SO FAR ALL THREE FED GRANTS FOR KC HAVE BEEN TURNED DOWN!!!

The Federal Economic Development Administration has come through with a measly $350k that's nothing more than funding for a study.

Meanwhile this Green Garbage is what has put much more serious Kansas City Water Infrastructure Repair on hold.

The facts are obvious:

OBAMA HAS LEFT KANSAS CITY HANGING!!!

Meanwhile what we're left with is nothing more than sweet taxpayer funded gigs that have a striking resemblance to political patronage.

To wit . . . THE ONLY REAL HOPE FOR CHANGE KANSAS CITY HAS ESTABLISHED IS PUTTING A BUNCH OF COMMUNITY ORGANIZERS ON THE PAYROLL!!!

Names and faces of the crew should ring out to people who know Kansas City politics, I'm sure they're good people but they don't have a chance at getting real fed cash for Kansas City while this town's infrastructure continues to fall apart.

Meanwhile, green propaganda hasn't changed much in Kansas City where all of the old rules about political paybacks still seem to persist.
