Because video games and (not-so) casual weed use has fried your brains . . .
LET'S NOT FORGET THAT MAYOR FUNKY IS STILL UNDER AN ETHICS INVESTIGATION AT CITY HALL!!!
A part of the investigation that was expanded somewhat recently relates to allegations that Mayor Funky might have used City Resources for his own financial gain. Specifically, allegations are connected to Mayor Funky's website advertising his second job. Specifically, some of the resources (i.e. photos) he used were City Property.It's not the most ground breaking case but it's worth noting that the city's internal auditor, Roy Greenway, has been taking his sweet time with this one.
Greenway is usually in charge of looking into folks faking their addresses or using porn on City Computers . . . On this one he may be out of his depth . . . But what's for sure is that he's not in any hurry.

The so-called investigators doing the work for Greenway were hired by Funkhouser when he was Auditor.
The fix is always in with Funkhouser.

So is Gloria The Barefoot Fatty back at City Hall in her ratty stretch pants, driving away employees, sexually harassing staff, making racist remarks and costing the city millions?
