Show Me Huge Dog Fighting Crackdown

Linked yesterday but worth looking at again . . . Missouri was part of a nationwide dog fighting crackdown that not only shows this state is cruel but also that we need to come up with better hobbies:

As many as 350 dogs have been seized and about 30 people arrested in raids across five states that animal welfare groups are calling the largest simultaneous raid of dogfighting operations in the U.S.

Officers seized more than 50 dogs at a farm in Gilman City, Mo., and more animals were confiscated from Foley.

Worst detail of the whole thing: "Court documents show that several dogs were shot and killed after losing fights." In case there was any doubt that sometimes people in this State behave rather viciously.
