Crazy Letters Sent By Tiller Killer

The Star reports that Scott Roeder's letters offer "a portrait of a man whose religious, political and anti-abortion views were becoming more extreme — insisting, for example, that Jesus be called “Yahshua” and that Christmas shouldn’t be celebrated. The income tax is ungodly, Roeder instructs, and in a letter on his son’s 13th birthday, Roeder defends his failure to pay child support."

So, for better or worse, the letters of the Tiller Killer merely read like a talk radio script . . . And that shouldn't be frightening at all.

  1. So the star has that typical mind set that does not bother to look up the origin of some of the stuff that they term extreme. Some of the things mentioned are mainstream to the Jehovah Witnesses.

  3. I used to think that the Star was written for mouthbreathers, now I understand that it is written by mouthbreathers.

  4. Hmm, the excerpts of the letters sound an awful lot like TKC. Different venue, different focus but the concepts are almost identical.
