A very sad Mike Hendricks slice of life

This is bad. The latest Mike Hendricks column is too lame to clown. It's almost like he's giving up. I thought I read something in there about him writing a book . . . Which means he's gone the Gloria Squitiro route and is now simply deluding himself about the opportunities available to him as a minor columnist at a struggling cowtown newspaper. I'm honestly amazed the Star would print what amounts to a laundry list in the place of a column. More than anybody, I know that not every bit of writing can be a winner but even Gusewelle's more prosaic missives at least attempt to make the "greater" point. And, my future baby's mama, Jeneé is kind of hot so her sophomoric tripe can be forgiven. Sorry, white dudes from JoCo who sling arrows in political circles don't get the same consideration. But I just can't bring my self to mock Hendricks on this one because the column offering is so horrible it seems like he's simply out of ideas.
