I've always said the politics and women don't mix or at the very least neither should be taken seriously.
Anyhoo . . . Because of the big ruckus over the $250k City Manager Wayne Cauthen recently moved around . . . Hurt feelings and hard words are flying around Kansas City's political community like crazy . . .
Of course, I feel it's my duty (hehe duty) to publicize the best of the conversations . . .
To wit . . . Let's remember the City Hall Credit Card Controversy that TKC reported first with the help of KICKASS TIPSTERS.
Well, recently City Hall released an audit revealing a $750 transaction for a banquet staged by a local political action committee in 2007 despite the fact that state law prohibits the use of public funds to support a political candidate.
According to KICKASS TKC TIPSTERS the 2007 good time table was to a party put on by the Greater Kansas City Women's Political Caucus . . . Even worse . . .
TKC TIPSTERS CLAIM THAT CITY MANAGER WAYNE CAUTHEN IS THE DUDE WHO PURCHASED THE TABLE!!!
(or at the very least responsibility for the illegal purchases rests with him)
This is a big deal and if the so-called "paper-of-record" decides to follow-up news that TKC TIPSTERS revealed first . . . Then a big job search could soon be underway in this cowtown.
Nevertheless . . . In find it funny that women have allegedly ruined so many political careers in Kansas City from the Co-Mayor to the speculation over the Cauthen Women's political club incident . . . On the other hand TKC Stays winning by ignoring the ambitions of females or at the very least . . . Simply pretending to listen in order to get 30 seconds of fun time and a decent story. Natch.

This is nothing but Deb Hermann and Funkhouser trying to find a way to fire Wayne Cauthen. They want Wayne Cauthen's head on a platter and have been trying to get it by attacking him in the media, cutting his programs and criticising everything he does. I saw what they were doing then and see what they are dooing now.

Can't some union just dump a bunch of money on the fire and make this all go away in exchange for political favor? That seems to solve most problems in KC.
