JoCo Dog Torture Loophole

There are always problems with sloppy PC laws:

Flaws in state law would prevent a Shawnee man from being sentenced for felony animal cruelty if he is convicted of torturing his girlfriend's dog, a Johnson County judge ruled Tuesday.

Quickly looking through the address book on my phone to see if I can find the mutt who tore up my favorite t-shirt . . . Paybacks are hell . . . And now that I'm remembering . . . It might have been a cat, which would make revenge even more sweet. Thinking even more . . . Maybe I'll forget the whole thing since I can never get the t-shirt back and the dog/cat was probably more intelligent and insightful than the lady who was the owner.
