I agree with a lot of what Logtar writes in his recent post . . . THE FUTURE IS ASIAN AND LATINO AND INDIAN (BUT MOSTLY CHINESE) . . . And while I'm not a big fan of ethnic food references for population trends (if only because white bread barely ever gets mentioned - yum), his point is insightful nonetheless.
