GO OUTSIDE!!!

Already today I've had coffee with the next Mayor of Kansas City and after parking my car, I walked a few blocks to snap this photo which is more exercise than I've had in 4 months.

Without a doubt:

ON THIS JANUARY AFTERNOON KANSAS CITY WEATHER IS WONDERFUL!!!

So for the love of all things good, if you can, go outside. There's plenty of daylight left.

Take a walk . . . If you're in a wheelchair . . . Wheel your ass outside.

If you're reading this dumbass blog . . . STOP RIGHT NOW AND GO OUTSIDE!!!

Forget about Mayor Funky. Forget about the economy for just a moment. Seriously, the nasty weather and the darkness were getting me down there for awhile and I'm thankful for this brief respite. I could make the obvious joke here and write something lame like "If this is global warming then sign me up!!! Har." But we all know that the Winter is on its way and it's going to be freezing, drab and miserable soon enough.

Sadly, this probably a metaphor for life in general . . . At least in Kansas City.

Enjoy your day. Enjoy this day and if you have the time to read this dumbass blog or worry about Kansas City politics . . . Then you have time to go outside and breath a bit of fresh air for just a moment.
