Old school Kansas City concerts earn praise

NBC Action news claims that Kansas City is becoming a concert powerhouse of sorts and it edging out St. Louis in terms of ticket sales between the Sprint Center and the Pollstar center . . . 207,203 vs 187,791 respectively. Still, STL makes better use of its smaller venues, has more up and coming acts and completely "pwnz" this town when it comes to outdoor festivals. On the bright side, Kansas City is much better at bringing in the higher grossing old school acts of the 80's . . . So KC gets more cash but remains less relevant - Which isn't a horrible trade off.
