Higher Education is no reason to stop playing musical chairs: Kansas City is on its 25th superintendent in 39 years

An interesting AP article describing a great many public education failures in this town and the rest of the nation: Urban school superintendents hard to hang onto . . . And while this may be a valid concern, it's not nearly as important as fair negotiations with LOCAL TEACHERS WHO ARE STILL WITHOUT A CONTRACT!!!
