A man accused of conspiring to sell former Jackson County Executive Katheryn Shields' home at an inflated price will spend five years in federal prison. Apparently, not all of us can claim "Democrat Persecution" . . . Although, I'm pretty sure that being raped in prison in much worse . . . Luckily, a great many active Democrats can compare notes.

Shields wasn't allowed to argue persecution to the jury either. Her acquittal was the just outcome to anyone familiar with the law and willing to set aside any personal feelings about Shields.

It's no secret that the US Attorneys office goes after democrats the majority of the time. More neocon Nazi tactics. While the family values crowd can't keep their pants on. Your days are numbered dumbshits.

Shields was doing quite a bit to protect the LeVota Family from being investigated for prostitution. The old man LeVota runs a joy house just up the hill from Erotic City.
That is one reason the recent Sheriff's Primary got so heated in the Democrat election in August. The sheriff has direct jurisdiction over that area and they have an understanding worked out with Sheriff Phillips and his Moll Ronda. The LeVota's worked hard to get John Bullard elected because they had a deal with them to protect the family enterprise. Bullard took it easy and disappointed the "Family."
Sharp's victory in the Democrat primary might cause some problems but he is such a horny bastard that they will probably be able to work something out there too -- skin to win. Sharp has already threatened to "reassign" the investigators working on the LeVota whore house. My guess is that the LeVota's have already gotten to him. They are Ds who have contacts with the Rs, but also have contacts with Organized Crime, so it would not surprise me if Sharp cut a deal.
However, the R's still think they can unleash something on Sharp in the General that will knock him out of the box. They have been talking to his ex-girlfriends and ex-wife to unleash a nucular Video Bomb on him. He passed a lot of porn pics around that feature ex-girlfriends, and the ex-wife is still pissed that he made advances on her daughter (his step) and wanted her to sleep around with other women for for his jollys. The girlfriends' porn pics are pretty good.
Georgia Sanders knew about Sharp's ways and would never allow Mike to endorse him. Sanders was just looking at Sharp's checking account and fell in love.
I tell you, Jackson County is a cesspool. The Sports Authority is the only area free from corruption because it is a politics free zone. We would all benefit from an increased use of politics-free bodies in government.
If Anon 6:29 is right, screw a stupid county sheriff's race. The Dems are likely to take back the MO House, and Paul LeVota is in line to be Speaker of the House. Fuck! The Repubs would not for a try to stop anything like this BEFORE the Election. Shit they would let a scandal like a Democratic Speaker of the House just play out in front of them. They will wait until Paul is actually important and then they will trash him at the expense of the entire Democratic Party.
