Jesus, Phill Kline's politics were expensive

From The Star: "Kansas taxpayers will pay $475,000 to settle a lawsuit defending how health care providers report teen sexual activity spurred by a legal opinion from then-Attorney General Phill Kline."

Alternatively, one could argue that Morrison dropped a winnable appeal specifically so he could hand a half-million dollars to the Center for Reproductive Rights, a pro-choice advocacy group, and blame Kline in the process.
