Kansas City Loves to Eat Out!!!
The KC Guy comes up with an interesting fact in a recent blog post . . . One unanticipated affect of the Kansas City smoking ban has been the number of places opening up patios, decks, and full blown outdoor dining facilities.
It's nice to see this town's small businesses continue to adapt OR like so many lesbians (whom I've formerly dated), find a more friendly enviornment after being screwed over one time too many.

Doesn't do any good for the places that can't afford to build patios and decks. I'd leave this comment on KC Guy's "blog" but you can't comment. Isn't that called a website?
