Morally ambiguous, yes . . . But I stopped considering people who "robbed" jewelry stores thieves a long time ago as long as they didn't hurt anybody in the process. I guess I obtained this attitude because unlike most 20-something women I bothered to learn how diamonds are acquired.
On the other hand, for some reason getting robbed by someone with no imagination isn't very comforting either:
