There will be more talk of Mayor Funky's light rail scheme today, most of it just will be focused on the sloppy plan put forth by Mayor Funky.

As far as I'm concerned, the "people of Kansas City" voted for Clay's plan, not the Mayor's. Like all Mayor's, he's trying to leave his legacy (name sake) behind. He's STEALING, and it's legal, rite??

Once again the Mayor was caught in a lie. He lied about the plan he was going to propose and then he tricked a whole bunch of people into supporting him. I don't know why he thinks that breaking every promise he makes is a good strategy.
By the way I'm from Raytown and we're all very unimpressed with Kansas city's mayor and his people.
