Passenger comes forward, Police closer to solving the tragic Ward Parkway hit-and-run

From KSHB: On Monday, one of the passengers came forward, and told police when the driver abandoned the car and the passengers at Loose Park, they called friends to go and look at the scene . . . The impact of the victim's body shattered the suspect's windshield so badly, the driver and two passengers could barely see where they were going. Police believe they went on to hit a tree before they finally abandoned their car near Loose Park.
