KC snitches deserve riches not stitches!!!
Okay, that mo'money, mo'problems song finally makes sense to me now given that more than $1 million has been paid out by Kansas City Crimestoppers since 1982.
I don't know how well it's working considering all of the recent killings but it could be viewed as an economic stimulus of sorts given that bullet proof vests are far more affordable nowadays.
Still, it's a good idea to provide some kind of reward to encourage people to stick their neck out and speak up in a city that would much rather keep the abundance of violent crime a secret.

Pay the ghetto to do the right thing. Now that sets a precedent for behavior.
Gee wonder how that will affect attitudes and accuracy.
