Edwin Hall wasn't the only suspect!!!

The defense attorney for Edwin Hall is saying that authorities weren't exactly forthcoming with details of another suspect in the Kelsey Smith murder.
Defense lawyer Carl Cornwell said at the end of the hearing that he was not satisfied that his office received the same materials that prosecutors and Overland Park police received from the FBI.Long story short, this case isn't the "slam dunk" that the media is making it out to be . . . In fact, judging from Phill Kline's past foibles . . . He could lose the thing and then not even the fetus loving fundies could save him from the wrath of JoCo suburbanites who are already seemingly scared that they won't get "closure" on last year's TV News television drama of choice.
"There are 7,000 date-stamped pages, and we don't get the only documents that really arguably help the defense," Cornwell said.

Personally, I suspect Elijah Wood not only because of the vague resemblance but also because all but one of the Lord of the Rings movies was overrated. And as a Catholic I think I'm required to believe that of all that Hobbit crap is the devil. Or something.

Ah Tony,
Amazing that you have no real clue what is going on in the courtroom, since you weren't there.
Tony,
If you were in the courtroom, which you weren't, you would have heard that the FBI only looked at another "person of interest", because he looked like the person in the video. When Hall said "HE WAS THE PERSON" in the video there was no need to look for someone that resembled the video. Hall said it WAS him. It is a slam dunk. Wait until ALL of the evidence comes out. 7000 pieces of paper in this case. SIX the defense claims was about someone else. What does that say about the other 6994? HHHM guess they point to Hall.
An air ball of a post.
