Another monument to Kansas City failure

The folks at the Skywalk memorial foundation want some cash to honor the victims one of this City's greatest tragedies.

Obviously, I'm not going to make fun of the horrific event, especially since a great many of the people killed in the accident were Latinos, but TKC is all about saving money. So far the memorial is budgeted at 75k and I've been thinking that if people wanted to contemplate an architectural tragedy in this town they simply have to look at The Bloch Building or one of the many vacant condos in Kansas City.

We don't need to memorialize every god damn bad thing that happens.
