Kansas City Urban Tour This Weekend . . . Thanks to the crappy economy and a bunch of other stuff happening in town this weekend; I think condo sellers will be exceptionally motivated and this might be just the start of bargain hunting season from affluent hipsters that just couldn't cash out during the boom years.
