One more look at Kansas City cuts

There was a great article this morning in the Star regarding the consequences of all the cuts in Kansas City's budget.
It's good stuff and something that suburbanites should appreciate since it's basically at their behest as KC Parks and basic services get the brunt of the slashing while the so-called "regional cultural attractions" were left intact.
On the bright side, all of this reminds me that socialite, lion queen Jocelyn Wildenstein has demonstrated that extensive cutting can be beautiful. I guess.

bulky items will find their way into the parks.
I'll just dump mine in tony's yard.
Doesn't everybody usually take a dump in this comment section. Sure smells like it.
I can't decide whether I would do this woman or Tony's mom....hmmm. Ah....I would do this woman.....I here tony's mom has some infections and oozing problems.
