So much for promises



Here's the latest news regarding broken promises from people with a lot more power than you:

  • Why keep promises when you're not running for office: Gov. Matt Blunt has dropped plans to start a government-subsidized health insurance program next month.

  • KCP&L to delay wind farm promised in power plant agreement

    All things considered, I think these links once again prove that people in power are trying to kill you or at least don't really care if you die . . . And I don't know how much I'm kidding.

      Don't forget my one-note campaign... "vote for this Public Safety Sales Tax and we'll add 20 new police officers per year for 10 years" unless, of course, we change our minds.
