Another angry missive from the Red Bridge folks . . . For the half-dozen or so people who still pretend to care about neighborhood politics when there is not an election on the horizon.

Gotta give the Red Bridge guys credit for fighting for their neighborhood and not giving up even when the elected officials who "promised" to help them have faded into the wood work. Sharp "the dull man" and his I'm too sick to help crone Jolly.

ReplyDeleteI can't wait for a big new bridge!! The "friends" have stalled this long enough. What a crazy demanding group. They are the vocal minority, NOT the majority. Trust me it's quite a different bridge than was originally presented. They are just a bunch of cry babies that lost out on a couple of their demands. Deal with it. The bridge is coming & we can't wait!
ReplyDeleteI've seen the two bridges and the new one is actually BIGGER!! I live in the area and I don't know ANYONE who supports the big bridge. I don't know anyone over the age of 80, so that probably has something to do with it.
ReplyDeleteYou know someone has no real arguments when they call names like "cry babies". I know some of the Friends and they have worked long and hard, exposing corruption and lies. Figures that Sharp and Jolly would screw us all. Only Riley is a bigger SNAKE.
What about Mayor Funkhouser? Couldn't he help you poor folks? Where's the sidewalks he promised? I'm a member of the Friends and we're not allow to criticise the Mayor, they say he's our last hope. I don't think so.
